Cherry-picked verses. God loves more than justice. Anyone thumbing through the Old Testament knows that this character in unpredictible, genocidal, and unsoothing.

Really expanded my understanding around the different dimensions of the justice of God; not only how important it is to him but also how beautiful and life giving it is for us to carry it out in our own lives.
I love to read books that are written intelligently, with sound biblical support and practical application. Instead of just sharing personal opinions and subjective experiences, Jessica did her research. This is a much-needed message in the earth today, especially among believers. Every church, bible school, and religious institution should become well acquainted with this message. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Jessica's ministry is in great demand as a result of this book. Well done, Jessica! Thank you for articulating such a powerful Kingdom message.
This is an incredible study in biblical justice. It’s a deep dive into the subject and yet very accessible. The author defines what justice looked like for Israel based on God’s revelation through His word. It wrecked my western view of justice. This book shows the beauty of justice and righteousness, and it gives practical ways to walk it out no matter your lot in life.

I’m so glad I found out about this book. I’m ashamed to admit that I knew nothing about biblical justice or how important the subject is to God. I heard the author give a 30-min presentation on a podcast about this subject. What she had to say blew me away. At a time when my wife and I were looking for more purpose in our lives, and our church, I “stumbled” upon this subject. That lead me on a year long journey culminating in this book. My heart being primed from the previous study, this book brought it all together, and at its end it ushered me into one of the most precious times I’ve ever experienced with the Lord. Outside of the Bible, I consider this to be one of the top three Christian books I’ve ever read. It had such a profound impact on my family’s life that we introduced it to our church. We’re currently in a church-wide study of justice using this book.

Who knew someone could make the subjects of justice and righteousness in the Bible so clear!? After reading this book I feel like I've been in a relationship with someone for years not knowing such FUNDAMENTAL aspects of who they are! Luckily I don't want to break up with God, instead I'm excited about who He is and who I am to Him. The best way to put it is I feel like the book has added to my Biblical foundation, taking an intimidating subject and making it clear.
I wasn't surprised to find out this book was amazing. I'm expecting great things in the future from this new author. If you're looking for a great read I highly recommend this book.
